When my lease was set to expire, I called in to purchase against my better judgement and was quoted a price, interest rate, etc. The papers didn’t come, so I called back. They said they were on the way even though the termination date was past. Well I finally go the paperwork with a significant difference than what was quoted. I hate VW Credit - they lie and trap you.
