Story:
I have tried to get my bushings fixed in the front for about a year now. A simple squeak has turned into a creak which is getting worse. When the right arm in the front raises and lowers, I get almost a metal grinding noise. My suspension on that side is getting worse as it seems the travel of the arm is beginning to be limited. Greenbrier VW has told me they will not do anything for this issue except lube the bushing because it would be too expensive to replace under warranty. As soon as the warranty ran out, they were more than happy to talk to me about scheduling an appointment to get this “non-problem” fixed.
That along with more rattles than a day care center will most likely keep me from buying another VW.
