VW is a Horrible Company and Speedway Motors is Worse

Story:
I have a 2010 VW Jetta that we bought in August and thought we were getting a great car with an excellent safety rating. On January 1st our passenger side window shattered without any reason and the dealership will not even look at our photos or video that shows it clearly was a manufacturer defect in the glass.
Getting no results at all from Speedway Motors and inane comments like “it’s the same as waking up in the morning and finding a dent in your car and expecting your warranty to cover it.” Really how is a window shattering due to a manufacturing flaw in the glass itself the same at all? Typical sexist dealership that thinks women have no brains.
I called the customer complaint line that allegedly gets VW Canada to actually look at the complaint and how a dealership handled it. Funny how they too never looked at our evidence and as it turns out are only there to help the dealership not the customer. I thought the customers were the ones who actually keep them in business; apparently another company that does not care at all about the consumer and only about how much they make off the consumer.
Now I am worried that I will be driving down the highway and my sunroof or drivers window will blow up and cause an accident. This type of defect in glass would be present in all glass produced from that batch. VW should be recalling all vehicles made with this glass in them, but instead they would rather support the dealership as they screw the customer.
